At our first meeting you can tell me about who you are, how your brand works, and what your goals are while I show you a little more about my process.

If we close our partnership, I’ll send you a commercial proposal.

Partnership closed, now it's time to research! We will explore the goals and visions you have for your business before starting the design.

Through in-depth research, we'll bring light to what sets you apart from the rest and to your ideal client so I can develop an authentic visual identity that attracts the right audience.

Having thought through our strategy, I'm now ready to delve into the design itself. We'll embark on a journey of experimentation, crafting solutions that will position your brand exactly where it needs to be.

I'll sketch the initial designs, with colors, typography, and elements to breathe life into your brand.

Together, we'll refine it into a powerful brand identity that resonates with you, creating a strong, cohesive, and beautiful solution for your brand's success.

FAQS

To secure your project slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 50% will be paid when the project is completed. Payments will be processed online through invoicing. Invoices are due upon receipt, allowing a 48-hour grace period for payment. In the event of payments made after this grace period, a 15% late fee will be added to the invoice daily.

All deposits are nonrefundable, serving as a way to reserve your spot in my schedule. I typically schedule in advance to allocate the necessary time for each client. By reserving your slot, I may turn away other clients for that time. This policy ensures that clients are committed to moving forward with their project.

The first step of the design process involves an in-depth questionnaire and briefing to ensure a clear understanding of the project's execution. As a result, revisions are usually not necessary! My branding and website packages include two rounds of revisions. However, if you still require further refinements after these two rounds, we'll continue the process at my current hourly rate. The rate will be discussed with you and added to your final bill.

I'd love to assist you right away, but my availability fluctuates throughout the year. To reserve your spot in my schedule, kindly fill out my client application form. I'll then reach out with my earliest availability.
